All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please excuse any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems.
We offer FREE local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in our area, Miami-Dade County. Free local delivery is available for orders over $500 within 25 miles of the stores
Deliveries are made from 7:30am-4:30pm on available days, Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our stores in Doral, Tamiami/Kendall, or Pompano. Pickup is available from 7:00am-5:00pm. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, the order will be prepared and made ready for pick up the same business day. We will send you an email when it's ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 7:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am-12pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, an email notification will be sent to you along with a tracking number you can use to check on its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at SalesDoral@AR-Supply.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
